Cluj, Napoca and Columbia, South Carolina

Come out to meet and greet our Sister City Delegation from Cluj-Napoca, Romania as we treat them to an evening of Southern culture with a reception catered for Columbia World Affairs Council Members.  Good Southern food with background fiddler music is a sure way to show our delegation a slice of Southern hospitality.  Come out and meet our Romanian friends!
