How Can I Beautify My Space?
I was so excited to partner with Budget Blinds on our forever home. My husband and I had to replace every single window in our original 1950s home so we knew some sort of blind, plantation shutter or shade would be needed for both privacy and the aesthetic we were going for.
Moving across the country in my third trimester, buying our first home and preparing for the birth of our first child was eventful to say the least! After welcoming our daughter Goldie and moving into our new house in the same week being able to see our house projects come together has been even more rewarding. I can’t wait to continue to focus on my new life as a mama with my family in our new home!
We’re currently renovating our dream home, and it’s been an adventure to say the least. We found this one-of-a-kind home and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make it ours!
We moved into our home three years ago and have been slowly working on renovating and making it our own. The last finishing touch on our living room was adding in updated window coverings. I absolutely love my new shutters and am super grateful to David and Renee! When I first bought my house 3 years ago I could only afford to have shutters installed on the main level of the house. Although the company I went with did a good job, they were expensive and very hard to get ahold of when one of my louvers broke and needed to be replaced. It literally took me over a month to get ahold of someone who could help me and another few weeks for them to come out and install the new one. Fast forward 3 years later and I finally was able to afford installing shutters for the bedroom level of the house. I knew I definitely did not want to go back to that previous company so I did some research and found David and Renee from Budget Blinds and saw positive reviews so I chose to go with them. It was very easy to set up an in-home consultation and when they came to my house they brought a great variety of options to show me so that I could get a better idea of exactly what I wanted and how it would look. David gave me the pros and cons of using wooden or composite shutters and gave me his recommendation along with a rationale. After measuring the windows and sliding glass doors, they gave me a quote with the style and type of shutter I wanted. Because each shutter is custom fit, it took several weeks to have them made and David was very forth coming with a timeline. His timeline was right on target. Once the shutters were done David and Renee were flexible and worked around my schedule to install them. The results were amazing! Thank you David and Renee!!

Budget Blinds was recommended to me when I found myself in the position of needing to replace some damaged blinds quickly. I was so fortunate to have David Kacsur show up and basically educate me about the different types of blinds and recommended what he thought would best work for my "peculiar issue" French Doors. He was extremely helpful. In addition to replacing my damaged blinds he also removed two other blinds, had them cleaned and rehung them, basically bringing them back to their original state.
